A U.S. Air Force Veteran and James Madison University graduate, Jeff entered The Business of Beauty in 1993.  Specializing in the varied channels of Professional Salon Distribution, Chain Salons and Big Box Retail, Jeff thrives on the long time personal connections he enjoys with his customers.  A Virginia native, his hobbies include cars, mountain biking, backyard grilling and music of all types. 

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Kristel entered The Business of Beauty in 1993 after a brief stint in banking. Kristel specializes in national Beauty Retail, Specialty Retail, Spa Distribution, and the independent Nail market.

A North Carolina native, she also enjoys biking, reading on the beach, cooking, grandmothering, and eating Jeff’s BBQ.

 A graduate of Virginia Common Wealth University, Brian entered The Business of Beauty before you were born. Brian has mentored many of the industry’s brightest and best leaders of today and remains on as our Vice President of Sales so that he can continue to cultivate tomorrow’s leaders as well.

A Virginia native, he enjoys playing golf, pool, and poker (never, ever bet against him!).
